A Gender Agenda (AGA) is a peer-based community organisation in the ACT that works within a human rights framework.  We work with, and advocate for, intersex, transgender and gender diverse people. We also welcome friends, families and allies as part of our community. 

 

An exciting opportunity exists to join our team as the Policy, Education and Training Manager. This role will provide evidence based, professionally delivered education, training and advice tailored to a range of mainstream and specialist organisations across the government, education, community and private sector. The successful candidate will be expected to strategically drive, design and initiate policy and training material to be delivered hands on in educational and institutional environments.
 

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong understanding and expertise regarding the issues facing the intersex, transgender and gender diverse community and expertise in the training and/or education sectors.
