Gender Diversity in the ACT: A survey of trans experiences

This is the first ever ACT based research on issues facing transgender and gender diverse people in our region.

"Gender Diversity in the ACT: A survey of trans experiences" is a report written from data collected from a community survey undertaken by A Gender Agenda in 2008. The report covers general demographic information, views on legal recognition, experiences with health practitioners and seeks the communities views on the most critical areas for future work.

The report was launched by the ACT Human Rights Commissioner, Dr Helen Watchirs.
