The Gender Expression Collective is an affirming items pantry for transgender, gender diverse, and gender non-conforming people in the ACT and surrounds.
This pantry is a place for community members in need of gender affirming items such as: binders, packers, breast forms, bras, makeup, and tucking underwear to access them locally at low or no cost. The pantry operates on a sliding scale and is free to access for those who are unable to purchase items; for those who can donations of funds or items (e.g. of used binders, makeup, items etc) are most welcome.
The collective also offers one-on-one peer support and information about using all affirming items correctly. A peer navigator will guide you to find the right item for you, and, if needed, will attend any bra fittings or excursions along side you if you wish.
The Gender Expression Collective was created to directly confront ongoing issues experienced by many trans and gender diverse people in the ACT and Surrounds when obtaining gender affirming items. Such as; financial limitations, access barriers, safety concerns, and location (shipping) barriers.

To access the pantry please submit an expression of interest below and a peer navigator will be in touch to discuss options and appointment times.
You do not need to include your legal first name; please use the name which you would like our peer navigators to refer you as.
*Due to capacity concerns, there is a limit on items per person currently.
