This workshop is for workplaces that are wanting to increase their capacity to provide safe and affirming spaces for trans, gender diverse, and intersex employees.

The session is particularly useful to support trans employees who are transitioning or affirming their gender at work.  As well as covering basic concepts and language we will look at key considerations for providing safe and effective systems of support throughout an individual staff member’s gender journey.

All content has been informed by the lived experiences of the local trans and gender diverse community and will be tailored in consultation with the employee to meet their needs.
